YES!! I have finally succeeded getting used to the shoe raise! Woohoo!! Like FINALLY!! Indeed falling down is not a big issue but getting up even with no strength as long as I have the perseverence I will succeed and overcome the opsticles in fact I am already reaching! I wonder whats my next challenge.
